Robo Facility Services is a Bergen County commercial and residential cleaning contractor. We clean offices, warehouses, medical suites and homes across northern New Jersey — with employees on our own payroll, written scopes of work, and the insurance to back both.
Why we exist
Commercial cleaning in North Jersey is served by two kinds of company. There are national franchises, which sell a brand and then hand your building to whichever local unit holds the territory — an arrangement where nobody with a stake in the outcome ever meets you. And there are crews working for cash, with no workers' compensation and no general liability, whose pricing sets a floor that no compliant business can match.
Both leave the building owner holding a risk they did not price in. When an uninsured worker is hurt on your property, or a floor is destroyed by the wrong chemical, the question of who actually carries coverage stops being paperwork.
We built this company to sit in the gap: local enough to answer the phone and know the difference between a Meadowlands distribution center and a Paramus office suite, and formal enough to satisfy a vendor compliance portal on the first submission.
How we run accounts
Before the first shift we walk the building, measure it, and write down exactly what gets cleaned, how often, and to what standard. Task by task, area by area. When something is missed, there is a document to point at — which is the only way a cleaning relationship survives its second year.
Accounts are assigned, not rotated. The people who clean your suite on Monday are the people who clean it in March. They learn which conference room gets used, which door sticks, and which tenant works late — the kind of thing no scope document can capture.
A supervisor inspects on a set frequency and files a report against the scope. You get the report. Most contractors promise oversight and deliver it only after a complaint.
A single-cleaner account with no backup is a service failure waiting for a Tuesday. We staff for absence, because a building that gets skipped once tends to start shopping.
Our crews
Every cleaner we put in your building goes on this company’s W-2 payroll — background checked before assignment, covered by workers’ compensation, in uniform, and carrying identification. Nobody is subcontracted, and no work is handed to a third party without telling you.

Where we work
We service Bergen County and the adjacent Hudson and Passaic corridors: the Meadowlands warehouse and distribution belt through Secaucus, Carlstadt, Moonachie and Teterboro; the office and retail spine along Routes 4 and 17 through Paramus and Hackensack; the medical district around Englewood; and the residential towns of northwest Bergen.
Cleaning is a drive-time business. A contractor who claims the whole state is either subcontracting the work or arriving late, and we would rather tell you no than do either.
