Whoever cleans your building is on our payroll
Whoever cleans your building goes on this company's own W-2 payroll, under workers' compensation, screened and trained before assignment, and the work is never subcontracted.
The certificate comes first
General liability, workers' compensation and the bond are bound before the first shift — before the work starts, not after you ask. We'll name you as additional insured on the endorsement itself, not just check a box on a certificate.
A local owner, not a call center
We are based in Bergen County, you reach us directly on a 201 number, and the crew assigned to your building stays assigned to it. The company itself is new — it was formed in New Jersey in August 2026 — but the person running it is not: he has worked in this trade for more than fifteen years, in offices, medical and dental suites, warehouses, post-construction work, homes and government buildings, and he started the LLC to work for himself rather than for someone else. Those years are his rather than this company's; it is taking on its first accounts now.
The price is written down
A scope of work that says exactly what gets done and how often, and a rate you can compare against any other bid. New Jersey sales tax appears as its own line, never buried in the number.
Seven days, and any hour on them
We schedule around the building rather than asking the building to schedule around us — nights, pre-dawn, weekends and holidays. The single honest caveat is that a municipal ordinance can restrict Sunday work — Paramus is the live example — and we check that for your address instead of booking around it.
