Service areas

Fifteen towns across Bergen County, and one across the Hudson County line.

These are the towns on the company’s Google Business Profile, grouped by the corridor each one sits in. Fourteen are in Bergen County; Secaucus is in Hudson County. The list is where the company looks for work first, not a fence around it: the rest of Bergen County and the neighbouring Hudson and Passaic corridors are served too.

How to read the list

Grouped by roads and buildings, then marked by county.

A county line decides where a town files its paperwork. It does not decide what a cleaning schedule has to work around, which is the roads into a place and the kind of building that stands in it. So the fifteen towns below are grouped much as the homepage groups them, by corridor, and each town is marked with its county as well.

Every walkthrough happens at the building or the house being quoted, and nothing about a quote depends on which group a town is in. The list records where the company is looking for work first; it is not a price zone and it is not a promise about anywhere it leaves out.

If a town is not named anywhere on this page, call (201) 663-8828 and ask. The answer turns on whether the schedule the building or the household needs can be met, and it will be given on that first call rather than after a site visit.

By corridor

Five groups of towns, in two counties.

Ridgewood and northwest Bergen

Mostly houses, many of them on larger lots. Ridgewood has a page of its own because the Village sets its own numbers for what leaves the house, and a cleaning plan there is written against them. Glen Rock, Wyckoff, Franklin Lakes and Mahwah are covered by the county-wide pages for homes.

The Meadowlands

Warehouse, distribution and front-office space in the Hackensack Meadowlands District, a legally defined planning and zoning district that takes in towns on both sides of the Bergen and Hudson county line. Secaucus is the one town on this list in Hudson County.

Town pages

Why five towns have a page of their own, and ten do not.

A town gets its own page only when something in that town’s own code changes how the cleaning there is scoped or scheduled. In Paramus it is a borough ordinance on Sunday work. In Hackensack it is the recycling report a commercial building files every month. In Fair Lawn the borough’s code reaches past the public right-of-way twice, and both provisions change where a scope stops. In Englewood one zoning district permits a warehouse, an ambulatory surgery centre and a business office on the same terms. In Ridgewood the Village sets the numbers for what leaves the house. Each of those pages quotes the provision and says when it was read.

The other ten towns are covered by the pages for the work itself: commercial cleaning, house cleaning, deep cleaning and move-out cleaning across Bergen County, with the Meadowlands towns also covered by the Meadowlands District guide. A page that swapped one town’s name into another town’s text would tell you nothing new, so this site does not publish one.
