What this site collects, and why it is worth telling you.

When you submit the quote form

What you type, plus where you wereYour name, email, phone, town and anything else you enter, because that is the enquiry. Alongside it: the page you submitted from, the site you arrived from, your IP address, the approximate city, region and country that IP resolves to, the map coordinates it resolves to with a Google Maps link to them, your timezone, and your browser's user-agent string. It is emailed to the owner the moment you send it, and that context is how the owner sees which pages and which areas the calls and quote requests come from.

When you tap the phone number or the email address

The same context, without a messageA tap on a call or email link records the page you were on, where you arrived from, the words on the link you tapped, your IP address, the approximate city, region and country, the map coordinates with a Google Maps link, your timezone, your browser and the time. Nothing you type is involved, because you have not typed anything. It reaches the owner either straight away or collected into one summary email a day. It exists because a phone call otherwise arrives with no context at all.

What is never collected

No analytics, no pixel, no cookiesThere is no analytics package on this site, no advertising or social pixel, and no cookie banner — because there are no cookies to consent to. Nothing follows you to other websites. No profile is built. Nothing is sold, rented or shared with a data broker, and there is no arrangement under which that could happen.

Who else can see it

Two named suppliers, and the mailboxThe site is hosted by Vercel, which sees the requests any web host sees, supplies the approximate location and coordinates from the IP address, and holds tap records while they wait for the daily summary. Notification email is delivered by Resend into the company's mailbox, where its email provider stores it as it stores any other email. Vercel and Resend handle it on the company's behalf rather than for their own purposes. Nobody else receives it, except that Google sees the coordinates if the owner opens the Maps link.

How long it is kept

As long as the email is keptThe notification lands in an ordinary business mailbox and stays there until it is deleted, the same as any other email. A tap waiting for the daily summary is held as a private file at Vercel and deleted once that email has gone out; if the summary fails to send, the file waits for the next one. If a quote request cannot be emailed, or trips the spam check, the whole submission is written to the host's server log so that it is not lost, and those logs expire on the host's own short schedule. There is no visitor database and no profile of anyone.

One thing worth being precise about, because it is the part people assume is more than it is: an IP address resolves to a network, not to a person or an address. The city it gives, and the map pin that comes with it, will usually land in the right town and are frequently wrong by a county — the pin marks the network, not your house. The Google Maps link is only a link: Google sees those coordinates if the owner opens it, and nothing else about you. All of it is used to see which areas and pages calls and quote requests come from, and for nothing else.
