Privacy
What this site collects, and why it is worth telling you.
Most privacy pages are written to be unreadable, which is a decision about the reader rather than about the law. This one says what actually happens when you use this website, in the order it happens, and it is short because not much happens. If any of it changes, this page changes in the same edit — that is a rule written into the file rather than an intention.
The whole of it
Five things, and the third one is the shortest.
- When you submit the quote form
- What you type, plus where you wereYour name, email, phone, town and anything else you enter, because that is the enquiry. Alongside it: the page you submitted from, the site you arrived from, your IP address, the approximate city that IP resolves to, your timezone, and your browser's user-agent string. That context is what decides whether a request gets answered tonight or in the morning.
- When you tap the phone number or the email address
- The same context, without a messageA tap on a call link sends the owner a notification with the page you were on, where you arrived from, your IP address, the approximate city, timezone and browser. Nothing you type is involved, because you have not typed anything. This exists because a phone call otherwise arrives with no context at all.
- What is never collected
- No analytics, no pixel, no cookiesThere is no analytics package on this site, no advertising or social pixel, and no cookie banner — because there are no cookies to consent to. Nothing follows you to other websites. No profile is built. Nothing is sold, rented or shared with a data broker, and there is no arrangement under which that could happen.
- Who else can see it
- Two suppliers, both namedThe site is hosted by Vercel, which sees the requests any web host sees and supplies the approximate location from the IP address. Notification email is delivered by Resend. Both are processing this on the company's behalf rather than for their own purposes. Nobody else receives it.
- How long it is kept
- As long as the email is keptThe notification lands in an ordinary business mailbox and stays there until it is deleted, the same as any other email. Server logs at the host expire on the host's own short schedule. There is no separate database of visitors, because there is no database.
One thing worth being precise about, because it is the part people assume is more than it is: an IP address resolves to a network, not to a person or an address. It will usually put you in the right town and it is frequently wrong by a county. It is used to know roughly where an enquiry came from, and for nothing else.

How to see it, change it, or have it deleted.
Email info@robofacilityservices.com or call (201) 663-8828 and ask. You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and the answer will come from a person rather than a form. If you ask for deletion, the notification emails and any enquiry you submitted are deleted, and there is nowhere else for a copy to be hiding.
Two limits, stated rather than buried. Anything already sent to an accountant or needed to answer a legal claim is kept for as long as that requires. And the host’s own server logs are not something this company can reach into — they expire on Vercel’s schedule rather than on request.
This page describes what this site does. It is not a statement about which privacy laws reach this company, because that turns on facts — headcount, revenue, where customers live — that change, and a claim made here would go stale without anyone noticing. If you need that answer for a contract, ask and it will go to counsel rather than be guessed at on a web page.
