Your house is assigned to a small team that returns each visit. They learn the layout, which rooms matter, where things belong, and the details you would otherwise have to repeat. Every cleaner is a W-2 employee, background checked before assignment, in uniform and carrying identification. Nobody is subcontracted. You will know who is coming.
At the walkthrough we agree what gets done every visit, what rotates monthly, and what you would rather we left alone. Some clients want the kitchen and baths immaculate and the guest rooms skipped. That is a plan, and it costs less than a package that ignores it.
Most clients stop being home after the first few visits. We agree the access arrangement in writing, each employee carries a unique alarm code rather than a shared one, and keys are logged and signed.

Yes, and it is much of what we do in this town. Waxed, oiled and unsealed hardwood, original tile and terrazzo, and painted woodwork all need specific chemistry and, in some cases, no water at all. We identify what you have at the walkthrough. If something needs a refinisher rather than a cleaner, we will tell you that instead of quietly damaging it.
Most Ridgewood households land on every other week, with a deep clean first. Families with young children, pets or a heavily used kitchen usually do better weekly. We will give you an honest recommendation at the walkthrough rather than selling you the higher frequency by default.
