Tell us about the building, or the house.

Either way we will come and look at it, write down exactly what we would do, and give you a number you can hold us to. No charge and no obligation.

Request a walkthrough.

What needs cleaning

For example Paramus, Ridgewood or Hackensack.

You will hear back within one business day. No obligation and nothing to sign. Every field but name, email, phone and town is optional. How these details are used.

What happens next

Four commitments, and none of them cost you anything.

You will hear back within one business day

Every written enquiry will be answered within one business day. That is an undertaking rather than an average — hold the company to it from the first message on.

Set aside thirty to forty-five minutes for the walkthrough

Set aside thirty to forty-five minutes. That is a block to reserve rather than a stopwatch figure. What fills it is the work: cleanable area, floor types, restroom fixture counts, and the hours the building is actually occupied.

A written scope first, then a number

Task by task, area by area, with a frequency against each — then a fixed monthly figure, or a flat per-visit figure for a home. New Jersey sales tax will be shown as its own line rather than folded into the number.

Nothing to sign on the spot

Take the scope, compare it against anything else on your desk, and come back to us. This company's own policy is three business days in writing to cancel anything signed in your home or your building — offered as a policy rather than dressed up as a right you already hold.

How a monthly figure is actually built — the factors that move it and the ones that do not — is on what it costs, and the sales-tax rate together with the reading it rests on is on credentials. Neither is restated here.

Sources

The two checkable facts on this page, and where to check them.

  • New Jersey entity 0451519106. Confirmable free and without an account through the Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services Business Entity Name Search. State the limit with the number: that search returns a name, a filing date and an entity number, and no field for status or standing at any screen size. An entry there is proof the company was formed. It is not proof of anything else.
  • New Jersey sales tax on cleaning. The Division of Taxation’s Tax Topic Bulletin S&U-4, revised July 2022, lists cleaning services (janitorial) among taxable services. The entry is unqualified and the bulletin does not name residential house cleaning separately, while the same table carves out other residential work — so the treatment stated above is a reading of an unqualified entry rather than a printed answer to the residential question. The full treatment is on credentials.
  • This company’s own policy. The coverage sentence above is dated to the first shift rather than to today, and it rests on this company’s own records rather than on any register. Ask for the certificate once coverage is bound, and check it against the producer named on it rather than against anything we send you.

Read on 7 September 2026. Every commitment on this page is a published policy rather than a report on work already done, and each one moves to the past tense on the day there is something to report, and not before.
